Tyler Marshall Academic Career & Advising Center

After an impressive 28 years of helping Humboldt State University students find their way to academic and career success, Cherry Ouellette will retire at the end of the Fall 2015 Semester. Cherry has made a lasting impact on the Academic and Career Advising Center; the invaluable guidance she has given over her years as a career advisor will not be forgotten.

Cherry’s best memories at HSU are those where she was meeting and working with students and watching as they achieved their goals. As a last piece of advice to students, Cherry would like to encourage students to come in to the Academic and Career Advising Center (ACAC) as soon as they start at HSU and re-meet with their career advisor every year. Cherry’s plans for retirement include traveling across the United States, working on projects around the house, and most importantly, she plans to golf more.

Please join me in thanking Cherry for her years of devoted service and wishing her the best in the years ahead.
