Summary:

The instigators behind SCTV and the original inspiration for Saturday Night Live, Second City is “a comedy empire”—The New York Times. With a superstar alumni list that includes a virtual Who’s Who of comic masters—Mike Myers, Steve Carell and Tina Fey to name a few—the company has been the springboard for generations of the comedy world’s best and brightest. Hilarious, spontaneous and insightful, the seven member troupe performs a blend of classic sketches from their nearly 50 year archive, topical material ripped from the day’s headlines and their trademark, over-the-top improvisation.
