Children’s Center Announces Federal Food Program Eligibility

The Children’s Center at Humboldt State University has issued this year’s new income eligibility scale for the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program, which is available without charge to all enrolled children at the center’s campus location in House 94, 14th and A Streets, Arcata.

Income eligibility for free and reduced-price meals or free milk in child nutrition programs is posted by the California Department of Education at http://www.cde.ca.gov/ls/nucc/celigmaterials.asp.

HSU Children’s Center hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during academic calendar weekdays. Details about the Child and Adult Care Food Program are available from Trudy Walker at 707/826-3838.
