Public Talks, Coaching Sessions to Address Racial and Social Equity

Humboldt State University, along with other organizations, government, and nonprofit agencies, will participate in a 15-month training series that explores best practices, tools, and resources to create, test, and implement equitable and inclusive practices and policies within and across institutions and sectors.

About the Equity Alliance of the North Coast
Equity Alliance of the North Coast (formerly Our North Coast) was created by local organizations, institutions, and community members who are embarking on a series of community conversations about how to become more inclusive of people who have been marginalized based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and social or economic status. Equity Alliance’s basic premise is that inclusion means access to opportunities with outcomes afforded equally to everyone.
