Humboldt State University will auction surplus vehicles, furniture and equipment at the HSU Corporation Yard (formerly the Industrial Electric Service Building) at 1601 Samoa Boulevard the first week of October.
Vehicles will be sold exclusively as junk, bill of sale only, no registrations. Also available will be floor jacks, office furniture, dishwashers, custodial equipment, and kitchen/household appliances, among other items. No computers will be up for bid. Only cash and checks will be accepted.
Public schools and state agencies are scheduled to view the equipment on Monday, October 5, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with pickup by 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 6.
Public viewing and submission of bids are set for Wednesday, October 7, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Winning bidders will be notified on Thursday, October 8. Public pickup dates are Thursday, October 8, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday, October 12, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
