Campus Conducts Food Security Survey Through Oct. 31

The California Center for Rural Policy (CCRP) is conducting the HSU Student Food Security Survey through Oct. 31 to determine if students have access to adequate food.

Students can help the CCRP address student food security on campus by completing the web survey that will be sent to students’ university email accounts on October 15. All students are encouraged to take the survey, because every student’s feedback matters. Campus improvement will be based on student input. For more information, contact CCRP at (707) 826-3400.

Those interested in learning more about food resources on campus should contact HSU’s Oh SNAP! program. Oh SNAP! runs a Campus Food Pantry in Recreation and Wellness 122. The pantry is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m., and on Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. For more information, contact (707) 826-4565.
