The Humboldt State University School of Business, in connection with International Education Week, is hosting the internationally known writer and lecturer David C. Korten on Thursday, Nov. 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Kate Buchanan Room, University Center.
Dr. Korten's presentation will be based on his most recent book, "The Great Turning: From Empire to Earth Community." It follows his classic bestseller "When Corporations Rule the World," which argued that the nature of the corporate global economy runs deeper than corporate domination, with far greater consequences.
