Biological Sciences Seminar – Dr. Jennifer Deitloff, Lock Haven University will present “Engaging in herpetological research at a primarily undergraduate institution”.

Deitloff is an evolutionary ecologist who is interested in how ecological processes and sexual selection lead to the evolution of complex phenotypic traits, and examines these topics primarily in amphibians and reptiles. Deitloff work at a primarily undergraduate state university, Lock Haven University, so much of their research is driven by student interest and locally abundant species. Deitloff loves engaging in research with undergraduates and helping them to develop their early skills in scientific curiosity and discovery.
