The Fisheries Biology department has the great pleasure to award Eric Pedersen as the Michael G. Scott Distinguished Lecture Series. Eric Pedersen is a HSU alumni and co-founder and director of a succeffsul mariculture operation, "Pacifico Aquaculture" in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico: <a href="http://www.pacificoaquaculture.com/who_we_are.php">http://www.pacificoa…;.

He is going to give two presentations on October 14 in the Wildlife and Fisheries Building Room 258:
• The first presentation is at 2 pm and is title "Ocean-Raised Striped Bass (<i>Morone saxatilis</i>) in Floating Sea Cages in Mexico: A Sustainable Approach to Get From
the Egg to the Fry Pan".
• The second presentation is at 6 pm and is titled "How to Become a Mariculture Entrepreneur"
