Recently nominated for the “World Music Awards” with his chart topping album Dub Qawwali, Gaudi’s eclectic style and versatility has kept him at the forefront of his field throughout a notable and prolific career; this latest accolade confirms the London-based Italian-born music producer/solo artist’s credentials as a force to be reckoned with in the international music scene.

There is a natural sensitivity to Gaudi’s music which enables him to unify different forms of sound from around the world and represent them in his own personal style, while at the same time, most importantly, keeping the heart, integrity and significance of the cultural roots. His music, which is an organic fusion of Dub, Electronica and Worldbeat is rarely off the playlists and regularly being performed live in the UK and internationally. Mad Professor is true musical legend in England where he runs the Ariwa Studio and Label. In between releasing his Dub Me Crazy series, remixing hits by the likes of Massive Attack, and recording reggae artists like Macka B the Professor has found time to tour the world. He’s taken his “Dub Show” to all four corners including such high profile gigs as Greenpeace Festival in Manáus, Brazil.

Currently based in the Netherlands, Twilight Circus Sound has been active in the music world since 1981, appearing on over 60 albums with various artists in numerous genres.

Twilight Circus is becoming increasingly popular and well-known for its work with artists such as Big Youth, Michael Rose of Black Uhuru and Ranking Joe. He originally started off producing dub albums from his Dutch studio, before recording vocalists for inclusion on his critically acclaimed Foundation Rockers album. In the classic tradition of reggae he continues to release singles, oft in limited edition format on 10 inch singles.
