 
Competing against some of the top Division II programs in the nation, the Jacks delivered a complete team performance to place third overall across Division II with 269 points, marking a milestone moment for the rising program.
Humboldt was led by a pair of top-10 finishers, as Averill Payne and Poppy Edge powered the Green and Gold with career-best regional performances. Payne crossed the line in eighth place (1:10:53.71, 61 points), while Edge followed close behind in ninth (1:12:01.33, 60 points) to give the Jacks two athletes among the region's elite.
Teagan Farrell also contributed a strong showing with a 12th-place finish (1:12:58.63, 56 points), while the Hanstveit twins, Anna and Emma, finished 18th (1:14:04.61, 48 points) and 19th (1:14:51.32, 44 points) respectively, rounding out Humboldt's scoring five.
Adding to the day's accomplishments, Rylee Morris claimed top honors as the Division II winner of Heat 1, finishing 29th overall (1:17:19.69). Her performance helped solidify Humboldt's depth and balance across all heats.
Also competing for the Jacks were Eve Wendley (31st, 1:20:04.91), Evelyn Higgins (35th, 1:22:06.61), Alexa Blakely (36th, 1:25:03.44), and Camille Shaver (37th, 1:25:17.20)—each contributing to the team's historic podium effort.
With the podium finish, the Jacks continue to establish themselves as a rising power in Division II triathlon, setting the stage for a strong showing at the upcoming NCAA National Championship next month.
