During the past 19 years, the Lumberjacks have won 15 conference titles, four NCAA West Region championships and a national title. While the 2008 season is just getting underway, prospects look good for this year’s squad, which has tallied a 6-0 conference record to date and was recently picked No. 6 in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division II Top 25 Poll.
Tickets to home softball games are free to HSU students and children under the age of two. The price of admission for adults is $5. Ticket prices are $3 for children over two and for non-HSU students. Tickets go on sale one hour before game time and can be purchased at the entrance to the softball field, here on campus, just east of the Redwood Bowl.
