Dr. Kimberly Vincent-Layton, Megan Eberhardt-Alstot, and Dr. Brett Christie (Alchemy) presented a workshop on Realizing and Applying Agreements for Self-Care in Academe at the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) Accelerate Conference in Washington, DC on October 25, 2023. The capacity to construct a caring learning environment begins with educator well-being. The educational climate continues to be one of uncertainty–with educators at the center–meeting the needs of students, institutions, and non-professional responsibilities.
