The 3-day series of events is designed to provide current and aspiring graduate students an opportunity to share their academic journeys and explore their personal and professional goals. There will also be tips for undergraduate students on how to apply to graduate school.
On Monday, Nov. 10, there will be a Graduate Student Meet & Greet at 4:30 p.m. in the University Center South Lounge where attendees can make connections and discuss their future goals. At noon on Wednesday, Nov. 12, there will be a workshop titled Developing Professional Competencies in Nelson Hall East, room 106. Participants will have an opportunity to explore the meaning and application of professional competencies and examine their own development.
The final session, The Road to Graduate School, will take place Thursday, Nov. 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Goodwin Forum. Students will share their journeys to graduate school and how their backgrounds shaped their decisions along the way.
