Nearly 300 Cal Poly Humboldt students participated in the fall Commencement ceremonies on Dec. 15, and more than 2,500 friends and family members joined the graduates to celebrate and witness the ceremony.

Humboldt's first graduation event occurred in May 1915 at Arcata's Minor Theatre, where 15 women received teaching certificates. Meanwhile, 106 years later, Humboldt introduced its first fall commencement ceremony in 2021.
This year’s graduates join Humboldt’s more than 84,000 alumni. Alumni can sign up for a free membership with Forever Humboldt, the official association of Cal Poly Humboldt.
