The HSU Library Special Collections & Archives team, comprising Librarian, Joan Berman and Archivist, Edie Butler, will be featured on KIEM-TV News Channel 3 in a report by Dana Griffin.
The interview featured the Rudolf W. Becking Collection. Becking was an HSU emeritus professor of Forestry and Natural Resources, and this extensive mixed-media archive focuses on his professional and political work from the 1940s to 2009, including his involvement in municipal and regional environmental issues and his research on behalf of the Arcata Community Forest and the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary.
