Lumberjack Weekend was a roaring success, bringing together the Cal Poly Humboldt community for four unforgettable days of fun and connection.

From the thrilling E-40 concert on Thursday to the lively Block Party featuring The Beach Boys and a spectacular drone show on Saturday, the campus was buzzing with energy. Attendees enjoyed everything from roller-skating at Skate Night, a vibrant Fall Maker's Market, and sports events showcasing Humboldt’s athletic spirit to family mixers and a scenic Arcata Marsh walk. With students, alumni, families, and friends coming together to celebrate their green and gold spirit, this year's Lumberjack Weekend was truly one for the books.

Lumberjack Weekend also celebrated the resounding success of Boldly Rising: The Campaign for Cal Poly Humboldt, which surpassed the initial $50 million goal one year early, raising more than $59 million from over 10,000 donors. The campaign created 294 more donor-funded scholarships and supported over 653 funds. There were over 44,000 gifts in total throughout the campaign. Gifts from donors helped fund the Rou Dalagurr Food Sovereignty Lab, the Pacific Offshore Wind Consortium, and the Humboldt First Scholarship, among many others. Thanks to all donors, Cal Poly Humboldt students have greater access to resources and new opportunities and are setting California’s newest polytechnic on a bold path.
