Cal Poly Humboldt Day on Monday, Jan. 26, featured a free, family-friendly concert that brought together alumni, students, faculty, staff, friends, families, and community members to celebrate the University's fourth anniversary of becoming a polytechnic.
The celebration featured live performances by local bands Rad Bromance, Cadillac Ranch, and Hyperion. Each band performed in support of student programming, including Ballet Folklorico de Humboldt, the Extended Ed–Humboldt Music Academy Fund, and the Alfred Pilz Endowment. Members of the Arcata Chamber of Commerce were also in attendance, raising donations to support fire relief efforts and further underscoring the community’s collective commitment to giving back.
