“We really want students to get excited about that weekend because it is full of sporting events,” said Kylee Chandler, Athletics department intern.
October 28 is the men’s basketball game against Simpson University at 7:30 p.m. The following day is the women’s basketball game against CSU San Marcos at 1 p.m. and the Jack’s football game at 6 p.m. against Simon Fraser University.
The pep rally will be jam-packed full of fun activities. Cheerleaders, the HSU dance team and marching lumberjacks are performing, the basketball teams will be introduced and clubs will be tabling at the pep rally.
There will also be a basketball relay, where students can compete against the basketball teams, a slam-dunk show and Jack Attack sign ups. Students who sign up with Jack Attack receive a free t-shirt and premiere seats to athletic events.
Come to the pep rally and support your Jacks for a weekend full of athletics.
