The HSU Natural History Museum opens its doors for a interactive workshop in physical science for children ages 7 to 14 years.
Chemistry and Physics Discovery Day is on Saturday, May 8, 2010. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with exhibits on both chemistry and physics during the four hours. Though geared to ages 7 to 14 all ages are welcome.
Kids can engage in discovery-based, hands-on experiments probing the chemical and physical properties of matter and energy. The stations are designed and staffed by students in HSU’s Elementary Education program.
Admission is free.
