The all-gourmet menu draws on locally-made, Humboldt County ingredients that include Cypress Grove chevre, Brio Bakery’s focaccia bread and Humboldt grass-fed beef. The menu is designed by Chef Samantha Zizza, a Humboldt County local and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who highlights culinary specialties of the North Coast. Each dish is made from scratch, including soups, brioche rolls and house-made potato chips.
The Windows dining room is recently refurbished and conveniently located for weekday campus use. Hours are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cash, credit cards, J-Points and C-Cards are accepted.
