Taylor Bloedon, Kinesiology
Dr. Taylor Bloedon received a grant to expand a collaborative project with Cal Poly SLO, examining the effects of wild blueberries (WB) on fat oxidation and exercise. The project aims to measure substrate oxidation in men and women at rest and various exercise intensities following 4 weeks of WBs.
