The group exhibit highlights the diversity of the art faculty and the breadth of art practice in their respective fields. This year’s exhibit presents a wide selection of media from installation, jewelry, graphic design, sculpture, painting, ceramics, photography and printmaking.
The HSU Art Department provides students with practical, living models of individual success in the art world, a challenging environment for aesthetic and critical engagement, as well as technical skills needed for practicing art in the twenty-first century. In both teaching and creative research, the art faculty and staff supports creative expression in the visual arts as a means of contributing to both society and culture.
