The bi-anual Late Night Breakfast returns this year, offering free food and make-and-take activities.
As the semester winds down, the familiar rhythm of finals week returns May 12-16—and so do the programs and resources to help students finish strong.

Campus will be buzzing with different ways to help students stay focused and feel supported during the last stretch of the semester, including extended Library hours, free food, activities, and study sessions.

To kick off the week, one of Humboldt’s most beloved traditions—Late Night Breakfast—returns on Monday, May 12. The bi-annual event encourages students to take a well-deserved break and sets a positive tone for finals week. Put on by the Gutswurrak Student Activities Center and Dining, Housing & Residence Life, students are invited to the Jolly Giant Commons for stress-relieving activities like karaoke and Build-A-Bear workshops. A free dinner will also be served in the J Dining Hall.

There will be plenty of opportunities to recharge and unwind, including with some four-legged friends.

Additionally, there will be free tutoring sessions all week long at the Learning Center, located on the first floor of the Library.  The Center’s Writing Studio will also be open during finals week, offering support in person, over Zoom, or via email from Sunday to Wednesday.
