Humboldt State head volleyball coach Sue Woodstra begins duties June 1 as an assistant coach of the U.S. Women's National Team, and will serve in that role through the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

The poll puts them ahead of 2006 opponents Central Washington (33rd) and Western Oregon (35th). Now the Jacks put their status to another test when they take back-to-back road trips for the first time this season.
