A 27-year-old Arcata man is in the Humboldt County Correctional Facility after Humboldt State University Police discovered him at the scene of an alleged burglary of HSU’s construction offices in the Schmidt House, near 17th and Union Streets on the main campus early Sunday morning, January 24. A second potential suspect is being evaluated.
