Blending her cultural heritage, love of music, and call to serve the community, HSU student Valetta Molofsky organized the first Harvest Event at the Arcata Interfaith Gospel Choir (AIGC) in November. Record-breaking Year for Grants at HSU

Humboldt State faculty, staff, and student researchers were awarded a record-breaking $36 million in new grant funding—an increase of $13 million from the previous year—administered and secured by HSU’s Sponsored Programs Foundation (HSU SPF).

Humboldt State Joins California Teachers Summit, July 28

Northcoast Educators will gather at Humboldt State University on Friday, July 28, for the third annual "California Teachers Summit":http://cateacherssummit.com/. The event is a free statewide day of learning and networking that is open to all California PreK-12 teachers, teacher candidates, school administrators and other educators.
